THE COLLECTIVE CYCLING CLUB
Join our mission to build a diverse and inclusive cycling community. We believe cycling is for everyone and are dedicated to increasing representation and participation across all areas of cycling including recreational riding, competitive racing and daily commuting
Cycling should be for everyone, no matter their background, experience, or ability. At The Collective, we are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive cycling culture across the UK.
We advocate for better access, representation, and opportunities in cycling—whether for commuting, recreation, or sport. By fostering a supportive and welcoming environment, we aim to break down barriers and empower more people to get on their bikes.
Be part of the movement. Ride with us and help shape a more inclusive cycling community.

We are the Collective
Join our mission to build a diverse and inclusive cycling community.
We believe cycling is for everyone and are dedicated to increasing representation and participation across all areas of cycling including recreational riding and daily commuting.
Cycling is more than just a ride—it’s a movement. At The Collective, we are on a mission to build a diverse, welcoming, and inclusive cycling community where everyone belongs.
Whether you’re a seasoned rider, a daily commuter, or just starting your cycling journey, we believe that the road should be open to all. Our goal is to break down barriers, increase representation, and inspire participation in every aspect of cycling—recreational rides, urban commuting, and beyond.
Join us. Ride with purpose. Be part of the change.
Our Committee
We are an accessible and accountable committee that draws on all their different skills, abilities and passion for all things cycling. We listen to what our members want from the club and refresh roles periodically to build a fun culture that lives out our values without exception.
At The Collective, our committee is the driving force behind our mission. Committed to inclusivity and representation, we bring together a diverse group of individuals with unique skills, experiences, and a shared passion for cycling.
We believe in transparency, accessibility, and accountability, ensuring that every voice in our community is heard. Whether it’s advocacy, events, or support, our team works tirelessly to break down barriers and create opportunities for all cyclists.
Got ideas or questions? We’re here to listen, support, and ride alongside you.
